STOP RODEO CRUELTY THIS SATURDAY 6th FEB

Two bulls were killed at the rodeo last summer and so far this season, a horse and a bull have already died… in addition to all the usual terror and suffering. To view undercover footage taken at last summer's NZ rodeo circuit go to https://youtu.be/e8zvRSjgy70

This season we have been part of two successful vigils and on Saturday we will be joining the protest at Warkworth A&P Showgrounds from 11am – 12noon. (Heading north on SH1, go through the township. The showgrounds are on your right a little further on and are opposite Hudson Road – where there is parking).

We are carpooling and driving in convoy from the North Shore of Auckland at 10am. Let us know if you will be coming, need a ride or can offer a car. You are welcome to make your own way there, but please let us know how many are in your group. E-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Again this will be a peaceful visual display aimed at the media to draw public attention to the brutal realities of rodeo – it will not be aimed at rodeo goers or organizers. All signs and banners will be provided by Direct Animal Action. Please wear a black top.

Just can’t make it? Please sign and share the petition so that it reaches 50,000 signatures.
