Chanella

chanella-face-new-homeI was so happy to hear that an ideal home had been found for Chanella through The Golden Retriever Club - and even more delighted when I discovered that a friend of mine had adopted her!

Susan adopted a wonderful cat named Madori through us a couple of years ago so I know how caring she and her husband are - and what a great life Chanella will have.

I have seen Chanella and Susan walking through East Coast Bays on several occasions and we have had some long chats about this gorgeous dog. The last photo shows them dressed in red at the Browns Bay Christmas parade.

Chanella has settled without stress into her new home and is already cherished.

Susan says this of her new friend, “Chanella has proven to be perfect in every way – friendly with everyone - including children, placid, very obedient, loving, and doesn’t turn a hair when Madori (the cat) walks in…”

How I love a happy ending!

ORIGINAL AVERT: CHANELLA LOVES PEOPLE

chanella-monique-f

Chanella is an extremely loving 5-year-old Golden Retriever who would suit an active individual, a couple or a family situation with older children. Her frantically wagging tail when she spots a child is a giveaway that she adores them. She will run up to them and drop her ball at their feet to encourage playful interaction.

This sweet girl is at her happiest when she is running off-leash at parks and beaches - although she enjoys relaxing with her loved ones close at hand too. Splashing about, playing fetch and swimming in the ocean are favourite pastimes.

Chanella is spayed, registered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and flea & worm treated. Her teeth are in great condition and there are no apparent health issues.

If your section is securely fenced and gated and if you are able to offer Chanella a home with plenty of loving care, stimulating walks and indoor/outdoor living, I look forward to your application.

Chanella is currently living with a mature woman in Auckland who believes her beloved dog would be safer on a fully fenced property. Thank you.
