While out for a walk one evening Yeppe was severely mauled by a large dog on a leash. With the help of a local resident, the owner & her young daughter were able to free the terrified/screaming Yeppe from the large dog’s mouth & rush him to the emergency vet clinic. His guardians could not afford the surgery he needed so we stepped in to help. Thanks to our generous donors we were able to cover the $1,000 bill, plus follow up costs. Yeppe’s life was saved.
