As promised, at the National Animal Rights Conference $1,000 of Animal Re-homing's raffle proceeds was presented to our chosen recipient whose buildings and resources were lost in the Christchurch earthquakes. Yolanda Soryl from the Christchurch Vegetarian Centre is pictured accepting the cheque from me.
The three day, Auckland-based conference was a resounding success thanks to the huge organisational efforts of SAFE (Save Animals From Exploitation).
