Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! We hope you've had a wonderful and relaxing Christmas break and you’re feeling recharged and ready for 2016.

It’s been another full-on and successful year for Animal Re-homing. We've rescued and re-homed dogs & puppies, cats & kittens, hens & chicks, roosters, ducks, hedgehogs, cows, birds, rabbits… We've attended protests and demonstrations, advocated for animals with council and the public, given educational talks at schools and community groups, fed and cared for cat and chicken colonies, fundraised for and purchased a new vehicle, worked with and assisted other animal rights and welfare groups, provided food and veterinary care for the dogs of homeless people, built and repaired animal related structures, de-sexed countless cats… all while running the shelter day to day.

Thank you so much for your ongoing support – we simply couldn't do it without you!

May 2016 be as peaceful for you and your loved ones as it is for these beautiful rescued chimps at the Tchimpounga Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Centre. (There is no sound briefly at the beginning, but keep watching).
