Loveable pup wants someone to love him

Vernika was shocked to see a handsome little puppy running alone along a busy street. She watched in horror as he ran across the road and was hit by a car. She tried to find his caregivers, but with no micro-chip or collar the search was fruitless - so she contacted us. We have also been unable to find his original guardians.

The pup had developed a limp so we took him to the vet who prescribed seven days of bed rest – not easy for this brindle bundle of boisterous energy! We are pleased that his leg is now completely recovered.

We have named him Vernie after his rescuer and he has been registered, micro-chipped, de-sexed and fully vaccinated. Vernie will be ready for adoption when his neuter stitches have been removed.

He adores playtime with people and other dogs and loves cuddles, so his successful applicant will need to be around him most of the time. This cute little boy sits for treats but needs further training so attendance at a series of group obedience classes is a condition of his adoption.

If you have time for a puppy, can afford to feed a large dog and will love him to pieces for the length of his lifespan, we look forward to hearing from you. Applications to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
