Even before Rosh and her husband Sat adopted Dexter - an exceptionally cuddly, one-eyed cat from us; they were kindly supporting our work with animals in strife... and have continued to do so.
When we met them, their beautiful cat Smudge, and their dear dog Simba, we were delighted to approve lucky Dexter's adoption.
Tragically, an aggressive illness struck gentle Simba and it quickly stole his life... much too early. It's heartbreaking to lose our cherished animal companions. Rosh and Sat are devastated and in mourning for their perfect boy.
Even so, they found the strength to come to our shelter and tearfully gift us all of Simba's belongings, soft toys for the dogs we rescue, chicken/pigeon feed, and a box of assorted cat and dog food.
We are so grateful to this special couple for entrusting us with Simba's property, and for assisting our charity whenever they can.
Rest peacefully Simba. Even in your passing, your sweet spirit is helping the journey of the dogs under our umbrella.
